About
MindForge is a small engineering firm on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. We've each spent 25 years writing software, and we were building with AI before ChatGPT put it on the news.
That's worth saying plainly, because a lot of what's sold as AI help right now is a course. We don't run courses, and we won't teach you to write better prompts. We build the thing, connect it to the systems you already use, and hand it over working — and when something goes wrong at month-end, you phone the people who wrote it.
It's the daily use that's hard, not the demo. The awkward phone call, the badly scanned document, the customer who says something nobody planned for. Knowing when to hand a job back to a person is most of the job.
We build the safety nets as carefully as we build the clever part. If a job shouldn't be automated, we'll say so. And we're on the North Coast — if you're nearby, we'd rather sit in your office for an hour than send you a proposal.
